Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Products, fitment and descriptions
We take care to describe parts accurately and to match them to the right vehicles. Fitment information applies to Australian-delivered models unless we say otherwise. Some parts only suit particular variants, engines or build dates — check the product notes, and contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
Product illustrations may be representative until supplier photography is available. Manufacturers occasionally update specifications; if a change affects your order, we'll tell you before dispatch.
Road legality, installation and use
Whether a modification is legal for road use depends on the part, your vehicle and the rules in your state or territory. Where we know road legality depends on these things, we include a note on the product page. It's your responsibility to make sure your vehicle complies, to obtain any engineering certification required, and to tell your insurer about modifications.
Parts described as for off-road or competition use only are not intended for use on public roads. We strongly recommend qualified installation, especially for brakes, suspension, steering and electrical work.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. We're not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch — you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Afterpay and Zip. Buy-now-pay-later services are provided by those companies under their own terms.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If a part becomes unavailable or we can't fulfil your order, we'll tell you promptly and refund anything you've paid for that part in full.
Many parts ship directly from our suppliers. We remain responsible to you for your order, including delivery, returns and warranty.
Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are given in good faith based on supplier lead times, but aren't guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes once we've received full payment. See Shipping & delivery for details.
Reviews and content you share
When reviews open, we'll only publish reviews from verified customers, and we won't remove a review because it's negative. If you share photos of your build with us, you give us permission to show them on our website and channels, credited to you where you ask.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable. For goods not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, where the law allows, to replacing or repairing the goods or paying the cost of doing so.
Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, graphics and our brand marks belong to us or our licensors. Product names and trade marks belong to their owners. Don't copy or reuse our content without permission.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
